Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email, followed by tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Time: We work with a trusted international fulfilment partner to bring you great prices. Because of this, delivery typically takes 7-20 business days depending on your location, after the processing time above. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can occasionally be affected by customs processing or carrier delays.

Where We Ship: We currently ship to the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and a number of other countries shown at checkout. If your country isn't listed, please contact us at joggea6@gmail.com.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Customs & Import Duties: International shipments may occasionally be subject to customs fees or import duties charged by your country. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.

Tracking Your Order: Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.
