Refund policy

At Noctaseal, your satisfaction matters. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns: You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

How to Start a Return: To start a return, contact us at joggea6@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you're responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Order Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, your order may already be in preparation with our fulfilment partner and cannot be guaranteed to be cancelled.

Exceptions: For hygiene reasons, opened or used packs of Noctaseal Sleep Tape can only be returned if they are defective.
